As an intern in en world, you will acquire knowledge and experience about the recruitment market and gain invaluablebusiness skills, as well as first-hand experience of international business in Korea and build various professional competencies. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious intern with a “go getter” attitude. ■ Responsibilities                                                   

Ÿ   The mission of the intern is to support our team of Recruitment Consultants in matching our client companies and job seekers (“candidate”). You will be supportingbilingual, mid to executive level professionals in the job market. .

Ÿ   Main responsibilities are (i) managing our database with accurate, up-to-date information (ii) conducting research to support Consultants to meet the clients’ requirements; and (iii) assisting ad hoc facilitation and coordination of company activities.

Ÿ   You will be a part of Korea operation and work closely with all staffs in the Seoul office. The intern will report directly to the Country Manager of Korea.

■ Required and Desired Skills and Experiences                          

Ÿ   Inquisitive and interested in the recruitment industry and business environment (required)

Ÿ   Native or fluent level in Korean (required), and business or above level in non-Native language – preferably English (welcomed)

Ÿ   Strong communication & interpersonal skills, excellent time-management & multi-tasking abilities, proactive and positive attitude, confidence, ambition, team player (required)

Ÿ   Knowledge or experience in the areas of our specialization (welcomed)
