Position: Intern (Full time)

 

Responsibilities:MacCap is looking for an intern. As a member in MacCap, you will play an active role assisting in all phases of merger and acquisition (M&A), including performing financial analysis and modelling, preparing offering memoranda and other investment materials.

 

Qualifications:

  • Final year student or recent graduate
  • Understanding in basic finance and accounting is a must
  • Excellent English and Korean language skills
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
  • Attention to detail and good execution skills
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Enjoy hard working and team work
  • Overseas education or experience is a plus
